G. Warren Stephenson, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Stephenson is a native of Monticello, Arkansas. He has been a Little Rock entrepreneur for more than 45 years. He is involved in both commercial real estate and retail businesses. His civic activities include a current board positions with Lyon College and a former board position with St. Vincent’s Infirmary. Mr. Stephenson has served on the bank’s board since its founding in 1997.
Mr. Rothwell has been involved in Arkansas banking for over 40 years, including spending time as a Bank Regulator early in his career. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of First National Bankers Bank in Little Rock. Mr. Rothwell specializes in investments and offers investment correspondent services to community banks around the state. A native of Cleburne County, Mr. Rothwell is a U.S. Army veteran and served in Vietnam. He has served on the bank’s board since its founding in 1997.
Kyle Patton is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He has held numerous positions in banking, most extensively in the area of lending. Kyle has been with the bank since its inception in 1997 and was originally tasked with developing and leading the loan area. He has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and board member since 2003. Recognizing the importance of education, Kyle has volunteered in Arkansas educational institutes for many years. He has served on two local school boards.
Joe, a native of Cabot Arkansas, began his 25 year career in banking and related services in 1988 serving as a multi-state regional Vice President for Wells Fargo Services Company and completed his full time banking career as the Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank and Community Financial Group. In 2002, Joe joined the national church consulting group, Horizons Stewardship Company where he is a co-owner and a managing partner. Joe has also held numerous volunteer leadership and board positions in the area of higher education, community mental health, developmentally disabled, military and community development and he is a U.S. Army veteran. Joe was an initial investor in Capital Bank and has served as a board member since 1997.
