Encore Bank recently signed a lease agreement to secure its permanent location for a new branch location in Greenville, South Carolina. 

Encore will occupy 3500 square feet of office space on the first floor of 18 S. Markley Street, a baseball’s throw from Fluor Field baseball stadium, home of the Greenville Drive. This prime location is situated off Main Street in the heart of downtown Greenville's thriving West End Historic District.

“Being in downtown Greenville was a critical factor in the selection of this location,” said Michael Sharpton, Encore Bank’s Regional President for North and South Carolina. “The growth and excitement of downtown Greenville is something we wanted to be a part of from the beginning.”

Encore is leasing its new space from Northside Traders, LLC.  “We are so pleased that Encore Bank has selected 18 S. Marley Street to build their presence in Greenville,” said Tad Mallory, Owner of Northside Traders. “Its proximity to the ballpark, restaurants, coffee shops and hotels make it an ideal location.”

Interior renovations have already begun in preparation for Encore’s doors opening by the end of this year.
